How we process your personal data, for what purpose and what rights you have over it.
1. Data controller
The controller of the personal data collected through this website is MEXPR Agency (tax ID B00000000), based in Madrid · España, contactable at info@mexpr.agency.
2. What data we collect
We only process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: full name, email address and, optionally, company, phone number, service of interest and the content of your message.
This site does not collect data covertly. We do not use tracking cookies without your express consent, and we do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data for the sole purpose of handling and answering your enquiry and, where applicable, preparing the service proposal you request. The legal basis is your express consent, given by ticking the acceptance box on the form, and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as is necessary to answer your enquiry and, if a commercial relationship begins, for the duration of that relationship and any legally required retention periods. If no commercial relationship arises, we delete the data twelve months after the last contact.
5. Recipients and processors
We use a form service provider that acts as a data processor and only processes data on our instructions. Website hosting and, where applicable, email services are likewise provided by suppliers subject to data processing agreements.
No international data transfers outside the European Economic Area are made without the safeguards required by applicable law.
6. Cookies
This site uses strictly necessary cookies for its operation, which do not require consent. Analytics cookies are only activated if you expressly accept them in the notice shown on your first visit. You can withdraw your decision at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.
7. Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@mexpr.agency, stating which right you wish to exercise.
