Public relations
Your message matters: make it known. We build PR strategies so your brand is recognised and remembered for the right reasons.
Why it matters
Why do public relations make the difference?
They grow the brand
Public relations fuel a brand's growth by building reputation and trust. They create strategic connections, influence public opinion and generate visibility, encouraging consumer preference.
They help position it
They position a brand by highlighting its unique strengths. Through compelling stories they build awareness, define brand image and shape public perception.
They generate interest
They generate interest through targeted storytelling. They reveal the brand's value, spark positive conversations and engage audiences in an authentic, emotionally relevant way.
Our approach
If your brand's communication is whatever other people say about you, it probably isn't what you'd want said
We build PR strategies so your brand is recognised and talked about for the right reasons. That means increasing brand awareness and actively managing reputation. It's about giving your message weight.
Our experience, together with the challenges and opportunities we've faced, has allowed us to create a strategic model that goes beyond simple media impressions and focuses on the tangible effect your brand can create.
Our way of doing public relations has developed, over the years, relationships with key journalists and influencers in each of the sectors we serve. Today communication extends far beyond traditional media.
We map your entire ecosystem
- Newspapers and reference journalists in your sector
- Interested audiences and specialist communities
- Trade associations and reference bodies
- Influencers, blogs, podcasts and creators
- Target audiences across online channels
- Events, trade fairs and sector conferences
Our ratio
We're an agency that is 80% proactive and 20% reactive
Two dynamics define a public relations agency. The first is the effort the team makes to create news; the second is the work that positions a brand as a reference source on the topics that best serve its business objectives.
Proactive
We work with you to define the fields and subjects in which you can become a reference source for the media. We proactively devise stories that attract attention, identify the themes that regularly hit your target markets, and use data research to make high-impact pitches. We also keep your spokespeople current so they're treated as expert sources.
Reactive
We continuously monitor the news, media requests and any other opportunity that lets us reach the press, offering responses that further consolidate your brand's position as a leader in its field.
Additional tactics
A complete strategy integrates marketing and advertising
Public relations are broader and more complex than they look. Beyond ideation, pitching and media and influencer relations, we bring in a range of tactics to maximise the impact of any PR effort.
Media training
We prepare your spokespeople to interact effectively with the media. In training sessions they learn to handle interviews, communicate clearly and persuasively, deliver key messages and manage difficult situations. It builds confidence and ensures you're ready to make the most of every visibility opportunity.
Targeted content
Brands have an opportunity to capitalise on the growing demand for quality content in an era of shrinking newsrooms, offering high-profile articles to outlets that reach a specific audience. We identify topics and publications, and write the articles on the client's behalf.
Conferences
As part of our consultancy we identify speaking opportunities at the leading conferences in your sector. We also optimise those appearances by arranging meetings with influencers and journalists, and by recording, transcribing and editing presentations to create new content: articles, video and materials.
Optimisation
Our work doesn't stop once positive coverage is secured: we maximise it across your owned, shared and paid channels. A social or blog post reinforces positioning; an interview becomes a social clip and the basis of a talk. Every piece of coverage is a new chance to extend the story.
Measurement
Measuring results
In public relations, measurement helps us understand the real effectiveness of communication strategies. These are the metrics and techniques we use:
Media coverage
The first step in our measurement process is determining how much coverage an organisation or campaign has received thanks to our work. This includes, for example, counting the articles, broadcasts or blog posts in which the organisation or campaign was mentioned.
Quality assessment
Not all coverage is equal. We assess the quality of the coverage obtained: a feature in a leading publication can have far greater impact than a brief mention on a little-known blog.
Sentiment analysis
Using artificial intelligence and manual analysis, we determine the overall attitude expressed in media coverage. The report shows whether sentiment is positive, negative or neutral.
Impact measurement
We measure the impact of our activity, including analysis of trends in the behaviour of the public or of customers after a campaign or event.
Engagement analysis
This measurement shows how the audience interacts with the content: number of shares, comments, reactions and other signals of involvement.
Share of Voice (SoV)
This metric compares an organisation's visibility against its competitors. For example, if there are 100 articles on a specific topic and your organisation appears in 50 of them, your share of voice is 50%.
Advertising Value Equivalency (AVE)
This technique assigns a monetary value to the media coverage obtained, based on what an equivalent advertising space would have cost to buy.
By combining these measurements we provide a complete picture of a PR campaign's effectiveness, always bearing in mind that the choice of metrics depends on the specific objectives of the organisation and the campaign.
